Own on-the-ground operations for Washington, D.C.
Handle physical and technical challenges at the property.
Be the face of Kasa on-site with guests and teams.
Report to Chief Engineer; work with Ops and Guest Experience teams.
Maintain equipment and building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
Participate in scheduled training and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

Hotel engineer experience or comparable maintenance at an apartment complex or office building (preferred).
Comfort with mobile technology; eager to learn new systems.
Flexible schedule; available for emergencies as needed.
Work independently and with a team; multitask and complete tasks on time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to lift 25-50 pounds and stand/walk up to 8 hours.
