Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Travel daily between properties to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot appliances, wifi, and basic HVAC and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with owners and third‑party vendors.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and inspections to keep homes in top condition.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for urgent issues.
• Ensure guest/owner satisfaction and adhere to company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality/vacation rental experience preferred.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry.
• Proficient with mobile apps and digital systems.
• Strong time management and adaptability to interruptions.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and communicates well.
