Perform all property maintenance under supervision
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool and custodial work as needed
Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness
Assist in pool/spa, laundry, recreation room, rental office, restrooms, and common area upkeep
Maintain high standards of resident service and relations for staff
Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3 to 5 days after vacancy

🎯 Requirements

3 years' maintenance experience in property management, incl. electrical, plumbing
Positive attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
Tech savvy
