Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
Support the Community Manager in physical maintenance of the property.
Adhere to safety programs and required PPE.
Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3 to 5 days after vacancy.
Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
