🎯 Requirements
- Education aligned to mechanical and/or electrical engineering standards
- Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing/production
- Strong understanding of LEAN principles in operations
- Ability to think clearly under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration
- Proactive, solution-focused problem solving
