Maintenance Tech (Residential)

📋 Description

• Respond to tenant/work orders within 24 hours with documented completion.
• Perform preventive maintenance in-house on appliances and systems.
• Coordinate repair/maintenance: doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fixtures.
• Replace doors, fixtures, outlets, switches; maintain lighting and breakers.
• Maintain HVAC: replace filters, check thermostat, troubleshoot units.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and make-ready tasks; painting.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• 1-3 years of facility maintenance and/or mechanical repair experience.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or Universal and/or Pool Certification required within 90 days.
• MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
