- Respond to tenant/work orders within 24 hours with documented completion.

- Maintain HVAC: replace filters, check thermostat, troubleshoot units.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy and make-ready tasks; painting.
π― Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Valid state driver's license.
- 1-3 years of facility maintenance and/or mechanical repair experience.
- HVAC experience required.
- EPA Type II or Universal and/or Pool Certification required within 90 days.
- MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
