- Lead technicians in day-to-day maintenance duties
- Perform Maintenance Technician duties and act as Supervisor when needed
- Ensure work is safe and compliant with FAA requirements
- Coordinate work with oncoming mechanics during shift change
- Ensure paperwork and tags are properly filled and signed
- Provide on-the-job training and keep certifications current
🎯 Requirements
- US work authorization; pass a criminal background check
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Certification: A&P license; ERT; AWR; SOJT-TtT
- Minimum two (2) years heavy line maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Preferred: Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
