🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in machining/maintenance or 5+ years experience
- 2+ years direct leadership experience
- Engineering degree (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication with engineering/production teams
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Willing to work night shifts on-site
