- Build and lead a multi-skilled maintenance team for Starlink build process equipment
- Create and update PM work plans and asset schedules
- Collaborate with engineering/planner to define corrective maintenance and PM timing

- Supervise maintenance execution, outages and emergencies; monitor progress and results
- Develop skills matrix, training plans, and report progress to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in machining/maintenance or 5+ years in related field
- 2+ years direct leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment; experience applying lean manufacturing principles
- Willingness to work onsite with specified shifts; ability to travel up to 10%; ability to lift 25 lbs and work in tight spaces
- ITAR compliance: eligible to obtain required authorizations or be a U.S. citizen/national
