📋 Description

• Directs preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments after turnover (3-5 days).
• Maintains maintenance log and records findings; tracks inventory.
• Supervises staff; assigns work; tracks expenses with Community Manager.
• Handles maintenance requests quickly; communicates delays to residents.
• Performs regular inspections for safety and curb appeal.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year property maintenance experience; supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; travel between sites.
• Knowledge of gas, electric, irrigation shutoffs and maps.
• Strong communicator; detail-oriented, proactive, organized, tech savvy.
• Adherence to safety, life/safety policies and regulations.
• Experience training and supervising maintenance staff.
