Directs all property maintenance: preventive, corrective, and emergency work.
Prepares market-ready apartments after turnover (paint, clean, repairs) within 3–5 days.
Maintains maintenance logs and inventory; ensures PPE use by staff.
Manages and assigns maintenance requests; ensures 24-hour response when possible.
Supervises maintenance staff; trains and coordinates with Site/Property Management.
Performs appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool, custodial, and carpentry work as needed.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years property maintenance experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Valid driver's license in good standing for multi-site travel.
