Manages tools, inventory, PPE usage and safety compliance.
Supervises maintenance staff and conducts move-in/out inspections.
Responds to maintenance requests within 24 hours; escalates if parts delay.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year property maintenance experience.
Prior supervisory experience required.
High attention to detail and well organized.
Curious, proactive, growth-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Tech-savvy and safety-conscious.
