Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

📋 Description

• Hire mechanics, schedule work, and assign priorities.
• Train mechanics in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and refrigeration.
• Evaluate equipment to prevent downtime and specify repairs.
• Implement CMMS with preventive maintenance, parts management, and labor allocation.
• Lead maintenance staff; review performance and incident reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure safe, efficient operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and facilitation abilities.
• Effective delegation and supervision of mechanics.
• Self-motivated; identify issues and drive efficiency.
• 3-5 yrs maintenance supervision in fast-paced food manufacturing; bakery a plus.
• HS diploma; BS in Mechanical Engineering a plus.
