📋 Description

• Lead and supervise on-site maintenance activities.
• Coordinate upkeep, inventory, and repairs for the property.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, pool, and exterior maintenance.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties.
• Ensure quality maintenance that supports high occupancy and service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1+ year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Computer skills to manage work orders and communications.
• Valid driver's license; DMV and background check.
