📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team for upkeep and repairs.
• Supervise in-house or vendor work; schedule turns.
• Hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.

• On-call rotation with team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, and emails.
• Willing to share on-call with team.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay starting at $25/hour depending on experience.
• On-call bonus: $150/week plus $150/holiday on call.
