📋 Description

• Manage service team to upkeep and repair property.
• Train on-site with a supervisor; potential transfer to another Charlotte site.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; manage turns.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances.
• Use software to assign work orders and communicate via email.
• On-call rotation with team to respond to issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and interior/exterior maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders and schedule turns.
• Valid driver's license; DMV and background check will be conducted.
