🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; 1+ year lead/supervisor in apartments.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
Computer skills to manage work orders and schedule turns.
DMV and background check will be conducted.
