📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team activities
• Oversee upkeep, inventory and repairs of grounds/buildings
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work
• Share on-call duties with team
• Lead service operations to maximize occupancy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years trade-related experience
• At least 2 years in apartment maintenance supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience
• Computer skills to manage work orders and communications
