Maintenance Supervisor in Training- Bexley at Left Bank

📋 Description

• On-site role at Bexley at Left Bank, Fort Worth, TX.
• Work onsite with a supervisor and maintenance team; may transfer to other communities.
• Manage and coordinate service team to maintain upkeep, inventory and repairs.
• Repairs include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances.
• Assist with scheduling and supervising in-house and vendor work; on-call as needed.
• This is a working lead role focused on service quality and occupancy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trades experience; at least 2 years supervising apartment maintenance.
• Strong building maintenance knowledge.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Proficient with business software to manage work orders, scheduling, and email.
• Valid driver's license, transportation, and tools required.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay starting at $26/hour, depending on experience.
• On-call bonus: $150/week + $150/holiday.
