🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1+ year lead/supervisor in apartment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge: electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders and email.
