Maintenance Supervisor in Training - Addison at Wyndham

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team to maintain property upkeep, inventory, and repairs
• Train onsite with supervisor; flexible to transfer to other Weinstein communities
• Hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties with the team
• Maintain a customer-service driven approach to maximize occupancy and property performance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, and email communications
• DMV/background checks required; valid driver's license, transportation, and tools
