Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate a service team for upkeep and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Share on-call duties with the team.
• On-site role with training and potential transfer to other communities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with at least 1 year of hands-on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills: use business software to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
• Valid driver's license; DMV and background check will be conducted.
