📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate the service team for upkeep and repairs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; at least 2 years supervising apartment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, scheduling, and communications.
• Willing to share on-call with team; valid driver's license and DMV/background check.
