Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team to maintain upkeep, inventory, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; coordinate on-call duties.
• Hands-on maintenance work focused on quality service and occupancy.
• Training on-site with future flexibility to transfer to another community.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance: electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification required (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, and emails.
• DMV and background check may be conducted; valid driver's license and tools required.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay starting at $26 per hour, depending on experience.
• On-call bonus: $150 per week plus $150 per holiday.
