Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate activities of a service team to maintain property upkeep and repairs.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances repairs.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties.
• Lead a customer-service driven team to maximize occupancy and rents.
• On-site training with potential transfer to other communities as needed.
• On-site role at Bexley Mt. Juliet with a full maintenance team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with at least 2 years supervising apartment maintenance.
• Strong building maintenance knowledge.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and email.
• DMV and background checks will be conducted.
