Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team for upkeep and repairs.
• Diagnose problems and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call.
• Hands-on maintenance focused on quality and occupancy.
• On-site training with supervisor; possible transfer within Charlotte communities.
• Customer-service driven approach for residents and prospects.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal) required.
• HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills: manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and email.
• DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted; valid driver's license and transportation required.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience.
• On Call Bonus - $150 per week plus $150 per holiday on call bonus.
