🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance supervision.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and carpentry.
EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
Computer skills to manage work orders, schedules, and email.
DMV and background check; valid driver's license and tools required.
