📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team to maintain grounds and buildings.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1 year in lead/supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, email.
• Valid driver\'s license; DMV and background check.
• Willing to share on-call with team.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: starting at $26/hour, depending on experience.
• On-Call Bonus: $150/week plus $150/holiday.
