Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate a service team for upkeep and repairs.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Share on-call duties with team members.
• On-site training with supervisor; possible transfer to other communities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of trade experience with 2+ years supervising apartment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills: manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, email.
• Valid driver’s license and tools.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: starting at $26/hour depending on experience.
• On-Call Bonus: $150/week plus $150 per holiday.
