🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in trade work with at least 1 year leading in apartments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry.
- EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I & II or Universal).
- Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
- Computer skills: work orders, scheduling, purchases, email.
- Valid driver's license, transportation and tools; willing to share on-call.
