Maintenance Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

📋 Description

• Hire, schedule, and assign maintenance mechanics; set priorities.
• Train mechanics in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, refrigeration, ventilation.
• Evaluate equipment; determine repairs/parts to prevent downtime.
• Develop and implement CMMS with preventive maintenance and labor tracking.
• Manage PM budget; track costs and strive for 98% equipment reliability.
• Lead training, evaluate performance, and coordinate with other departments.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering a plus.
• 3-5 years of Maintenance Supervision experience in fast-paced food manufacturing.
• Bakery background a plus.
