🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade-related experience; at least 1 year lead/supervisor
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification Type I II or Universal
• Proficient with computer software for work orders and scheduling
• Willing to share on-call with team members
• Valid driver's license, transportation, tools required
• DMV and background checks will be conducted
