Manage and coordinate service team for upkeep of Atlanta properties.
Diagnose repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances.
Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; participate in on-call rotation.
Maintain high occupancy through professional maintenance practices and QC.
Lead and train staff; promote from within; growth opportunities.
Hands-on maintenance role delivering customer service to residents.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4 years trade experience, with at least 1 year in lead/ supervisory role.
Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies.
Valid driver's license; transportation and tools required.
Willing to share on-call with team.
