🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; 1+ year lead; willing to share on-call.
Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and email.
DMV and background check; valid driver's license and transportation.
