Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team for upkeep and repairs.
• Maintain grounds and building systems across the property.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Participate in on-call rotation; ensure timely responses.
• Deliver customer-service driven maintenance and quality work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with 1+ year in apartment maintenance leadership
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification Type I II or Universal
• Computer skills: manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, email
• Valid driver's license, transportation and tools
• DMV and background check will be conducted
