🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; 1+ year lead/supervisory in apartment maintenance.
Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (I/II) or Universal.
Proficient with work orders software and email.
Willing to share on-call with teammates.
DMV and background check required; valid driver's license and tools.
