📋 Description

  • Manage turnover service requests end-to-end (scope, owner approval, updates)
  • Coordinate vendors and technicians to address requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service within SLA guidelines

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination preferred
  • Property management/vendor/utility management experience preferred
  • Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and Slack proficiency preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt expectations
