- Develop aircraft maintenance programs per MRB, MPD, FAA ADs and RCB.
- Review maintenance checks data and analyze program effectiveness.
- Coordinate program revisions with QA, Eng, Materials, Mx Planning, Records, Training and RCB.
- Audit maintenance programs to meet regulatory requirements and ensure clear task cards.
- Review FAA ADs, NPRMs, regulation changes and service bulletins for fleet compliance.
- Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in daily actions.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Aviation Management, Engineering, or Analytics.
- At least 3 years of maintenance/engineering experience with an airline or operator.
- Authorized to work in the US; able to pass background check.
- FAA A&P certificate preferred.
- Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels and FAA personnel.
