Maintenance Mechanic III

📋 Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair packaging, facility, and utility equipment.
• Plan and execute work orders; perform routine checks.
• Lead and train mechanics on maintenance activities.
• Assist in PM program improvements and issue resolutions.
• Work with plant leadership on continuous improvement and project upgrades.
• Work hours: Mon-Fri 12pm-10pm; overtime as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years maintenance experience (food industry preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS system required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
