🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
• 8+ years in maintenance, plant engineering, or industrial ops.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and reliability.
• Experience leveraging CMMS for planning, execution, and improvement.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
