🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent).
- 8+ years in maintenance/plant engineering or industrial operations (CPG preferred).
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and reliability principles.
- Experience leveraging CMMS for planning, execution, and improvement.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics; safety/regulatory knowledge.
