🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years in maintenance, plant engineering, or industrial ops (CPG preferred).
- Proven leadership of high-performing maintenance teams.
- Strong maintenance best practices and reliability principles.
- Experience with CMMS (Maintenance Connection) for planning & tracking.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and troubleshoot processes.
