Maintenance Lead (Nights)

📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Monitor production activities to meet daily goals and ensure quality.
• Oversee maintenance schedules; diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Train and coach staff on procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards.
• Enforce safety guidelines and report hazards on the production floor.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and equipment efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent; HVAC/electrical/mechanical certs preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and motivate staff to goals.
• Troubleshooting skills for equipment malfunctions and issues.
• Read technical drawings/blueprints; lift up to 50 pounds.
