📋 Description

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to meet production targets and safety.
• Oversee daily production activities and respond to delays promptly.
• Schedule and perform maintenance to minimize downtime and keep equipment reliable.
• Coach and train staff on procedures and safety standards.
• Enforce safety guidelines and report hazards on the floor.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred (HVAC/electrical/mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and motivate staff.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across departments and teams.
