Work with project engineering to ensure reliability and sustainability of new/modified installations
Guide efforts to ensure consistency and maintainability of critical equipment and systems
Own equipment improvement plans for better preventive maintenance and uptime
Define and refine an asset maintenance plan with preventive maintenance and predictive testing
Prepare asset documentation package for review of system mechanical design, controls, and software
Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures impacting plant operations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
1+ years in an engineering role in manufacturing, reliability, or operations
Hands-on experience with equipment control systems and industrial automation
Ability to read equipment schematics and OEM manuals
CMMS experience (Maximo, SAP, Infor); CRE or CMRP certification
