Own equipment improvement plans for preventive maintenance and downtime reduction.
Define and refine asset maintenance plans; utilize predictive maintenance.
Prepare asset documentation for mechanical design, controls, software.
Develop solutions to recurrent failures affecting capacity, quality, cost.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering.
1+ years in manufacturing/reliability engineering or related roles.
2+ years in maintenance engineering and reliability in high-volume ops.
Hands-on with equipment control systems and industrial automation.
Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo, SAP, Infor.
CRE or CMRP certification.
