- Full accountability for upkeep of production, fulfilment and site services equipment.
- Fault-find and solve issues across a high-volume production plant.
- Rolling 41-hour week on a day/night shift with some weekend work.
- Shifts: 6am-6pm days and 6pm-6am nights.
- Lead and coach the shift team to operate efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with production and fulfilment to ensure equipment availability.
🎯 Requirements
- Electrical bias with diagnostic experience.
- HNC level qualification in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in Engineering or Senior Technician role.
- Supervisory experience and safety legislation knowledge.
- Excellent planning, organisation and scheduling skills.
- PC literacy; cloud-based systems and Google Suite.
