- Plan, schedule and manage the master preventive maintenance program across facility systems.
- Coordinate maintenance with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Ops to align with priorities.
- Create and manage MOPs, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
- Track maintenance in real time and follow up to ensure completion.
- Identify scheduling conflicts or risks and adjust plans or escalate.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and readiness, ensuring materials and services are in place.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities/ops preferred.
- 5+ years in maintenance coordination or facilities operations.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS.
- Strong coordination with vendors and technical teams.
- Strong computer skills with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, docs, and email.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
- Data center or high-availability experience preferred.
