📋 Description

  • Plan, schedule and manage the master preventive maintenance program across facility systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Ops to align with priorities.
  • Create and manage MOPs, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
  • Track maintenance in real time and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts or risks and adjust plans or escalate.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and readiness, ensuring materials and services are in place.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities/ops preferred.
  • 5+ years in maintenance coordination or facilities operations.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS.
  • Strong coordination with vendors and technical teams.
  • Strong computer skills with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, docs, and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Data center or high-availability experience preferred.
