🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years aircraft maintenance/ops experience; prior leadership.
- 2+ years maintenance control in Airbus A319/320 or Boeing 737NG/Max.
- High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance.
- A&P Certification (Airframe & Power Plant).
- Excellent written/verbal communication; computer literate.
- Valid passport and unexpired driver's license; travel as needed.
