🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years aircraft maintenance/tech ops experience; leadership required
- 2+ years maintenance control experience (A319/320 or 737 NG/Max)
- Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) Certification
- Education: High School Diploma/GED; Associate's in Aviation Maintenance Management or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US; pass a Criminal Background Check
- Excellent written/verbal communication; computer literate
